Welcome to The Maddison Social, our private on site event space located INSIDE The Madd Kitchen. Designed for gathering, celebrating, and creating memorable moments, this cozy, stylish venue is perfect for showers, birthdays, classes, workshops, girls nights, and intimate events of all kinds.

Being right inside our kitchen makes catering effortless, so you can pair your rental with our signature charcuterie for a seamless, stress free experience your guests will love.

The Maddison Social is located within

The Madd Kitchen, making it easy to add charcuterie and other food options to your event so everything is ready and waiting when you arrive.

Rental Includes

  • Capacity of 35 guests - includes standing room

  • 500sq ft space

  • 7 tables that can be arranged to suit your needs

-6 rectangle tables 24' x 36"

-1 long rectangle table 24" x 64"

  • 30 chairs

  • 2 additional buffets for food, drinks and gifts

  • 55" television with HDMI

  • Wifi

  • Refridgerator with freezer. Must bring your own ice.

    • We do have an ice holder to serve ice out of

  • Stainless steel sink.

  • One stainless steel prep table

  • Onsite attendant to open the venue and answer questions

  • VENUE CLEANUP:

    • Our staff will.....

    • Empty trash bins

    • Wipe tables

    • Sweep & mop

  • Cleanup does not include clearing or bussing tables from outside food or catering.

Venue Policies & Rental Terms**

 

Location & Capacity

  • The Maddison Social is located at 5900 E Barbara St, Suite 3, Rogersville, MO. The space is designed for intimate gatherings and accommodates up to 35 guests. This includes standing room only. There are 30 chairs available

 

Rental Time & Access

  • Rental time includes the full duration of your use of the space, including setup, event time, and cleanup. Rental hours begin when the client or vendors enter and end when all parties have exited.

We do not allow early arrivals or late departures, as multiple events may be scheduled throughout the day. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend allowing 30–60 minutes within your rental time for setup and breakdown.

All cleanup and teardown must be completed by the end of your reserved time. Additional fees will apply for exceeding your scheduled rental period.

 

Booking & Payments

  • A signed agreement and payment are required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved without both.

All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted within one year of the original event date, subject to availability.

Applicable sales tax will be applied to all rentals, add-ons, and services.

 

Food & Beverage

  • Outside food is permitted. Clients and/or their caterers are fully responsible for setup, service, and cleanup of all food and beverage items brought into the space.

Venue cleanup does not include clearing or bussing tables from outside food or catering.

The Maddison Social does NOT provide a full commercial kitchen but does offer limited prep space for staging.

Alcohol policies must comply with all local and state regulations. The Maddison Social assumes no responsibility for alcohol service unless provided directly through an approved service.

Furniture & Setup

  • Tables and seating may be moved, but will need to be discussed prior. Buffets are to remain in place. All tables and chairs are to be returned to their original setup upon leaving. 

Decorative elements and select accent pieces may be available for use. Layouts may vary, and specific configurations cannot be guaranteed.

 

Venue Use & Restrictions

  • The Maddison Social is designed for small gatherings and social events. While we welcome a variety of celebrations, the space is not intended for large-scale or traditional ceremony setups.

 

The following are not permitted without prior approval:

  • Open flames or candles

  • Nails, screws, or damaging adhesives

  • Glitter, confetti, or similar materials

Clients are responsible for any damage to the space or furnishings.
 

Tours & Communication

  • The Maddison Social operates as a private event space and does not maintain regular business hours.

Decor & Add-Ons

  • Optional decor and add-ons may be available. If selected, these will be prepared prior to your event.

Clients are welcome to bring personal decor. All items must be removed at the end of the rental period.
